Our objectives are to:

• provide tailored training, advice, support and nurturing in order to develop skills, knowledge, creativity, confidence and experience, in order to educate and empower;

Our Approach 

We offer capacity building for people within the social economy landscape, by offering a unique expertise using a blend of direct business support, together with tailored legal advice, training, and through  coaching and mentoring (which is delivered by Karina Macleod as a sister service) so that you feel supported, educated and empowered.     

Our work is shaped by building a strong working relationship with you, supporting you to develop skills, increase your knowledge and confidence to deliver your social impact.  We also provide you with a balanced and knowledge-based approach to your legal issues, as we are skilled in interpreting the law, drafting legal documents and can provide you with solutions tailored to your needs.  

We support individuals, either working alone generating social impact, with boards, or as part of a wider organisation providing vital services to their communities and everyone in between.
