Governance:

We provide review services, information and advice on governance best practice to individuals and boards at any stage.  In particular, within the social enterprise and charity sector.   

This includes governance issues such as effective boards, decision making and meetings.  This includes the importance of good leadership; diversity within boards; the value of strategic planning and risk assessment; accountability and transparency when communicating with stakeholders; induction procedures for new board members; and the legal roles and responsibilities that come with being a board member.

A Social Enterprise is a not-for-personal-profit business that trades to address social or environmental needs and usually re-invests its profit in its objectives.
